Pat Bell Shelf
Pat Bell Shelf
A staple in our teaching studio and always loved when shared in our early years classes. These bells do not disappoint.
The Pat Bell Shelf is a great first instrument for babies with its sturdy design and accessibility to play. A simple pat on the top button produces a pitched resonance from the metal bell. These bells are made using beech timber which is ethically grown and the bells have been independently tested and audited.
When played from bottom to top, the pat bell shelf plays a D pentatonic sale. The 5-note scale is made up of the notes D, E, G, A, B. Notes played together or separately all sound pleasing to the ear, making them perfect for young exploring musical learners!
The shelf comes with a songbook and sheets of colour-coded stickers so that you can write your own melodies. This is a great symbol to sound activity that integrates visual and auditory learning. This important skill is needed when a child learns to read.
These bells are built to last and have stood the test of time in our own home and early years classrooms. They have been sat on, stood on, chewed, bashed and crashed and still retain their high-quality sound and presentation.
